...but I think this idea has the capacity for shibbaliciousness. The colors just need to be moodier, and his scream has to be a little more apparent.

Me too. It looks like it's painted in vomit. :)

Anyway yeah--it looks very nice but I don't like the colors.

Very nice, especially considering you're just starting out. But yeah, do something with the colors..desaturate it if all else fails.
A desperate disease requires a dangerous remedy.

A major source of objection to a free economy is precisely that it gives people what they want instead of what a particular group thinks they ought to want. Underlying most arguments against the free market is a lack of belief in freedom itself.
