I decied to make a wallpaper today, so I began searching the stock photos at DeviantArt. I found a couple that I liked, and I started editing it with the GIMP. I finished a couple hours later, and I went to the stock photographer's account to check for permissions. Apparently, they only want me to post it on DeviantArt. So I decided to make an account.

I pressed the join button, and I get a message saying that my IP address has been banned. WTF? I've never even been a member! Why the hell would I be banned?

I went looking for an email address to complain to. There was not address on the page. Instead, there was a ban inqury form to fill out. I said okay, I'll do that. I press submit, and it tells me that I have to be logged in to inquire about bans.. WTF? How the hell am I supposed to login if I'm banned?!

Yes, Obi Kwiet has a point there. Anyway, it reminds me of one of the default windows XP backgrounds.

Default XP background, totally. Nothing wrong with it except that big shadow, man.

This is driving me nuts... I was stupid enough to merge the shadow with the grass and now I can't get rid of it.

Nice job, only I can't truthfully say I like it, because I completely dispise the default XP background and settings.

They've probably banned an IP range and you've been struck. They do that sometimes when they want to get rid of some lamer.
