The standard police (at least around where I live) (and military) sidearm. A Baretta 92FS.

From what I can see (WAY too many shadows in this render) your handle is a bit too flat. Otherwise, the rest looks accurate. Take another render.

Nice. I agree with jEDIkIRBY a bit on the handle, though some good texturing may do just as well. Also, while mentioning the subject of textures, you should apply some that do that mesh justice.
