Rockwall, and sky could use new textures, but i'd have to say, judging by that wireframe, that's not half bad (for JKEdit.. :P).. GJ

Well can we have an in-game shot then? :p

Those are some weird mountain textures. But I assume they look better in-game?

Flag the sky as sky, then make the water transparent.

I'd almost swear those new rock textures were stolen from Morrowind... They look great. Perhaps you'd like to show up how the sky texture looks in-game? Anyway, it looks great... Looking at your wireframe, it's clear that you put a lot of well-placed effort into creating a good map. Asuming colored lighting is involved (It's MotS, right?), it will look amazing; perhaps clearly besting some of Raven's JA work.

Also, a friendly tip: when making a staircase in JK/MotS, it's often better to make the actually passage a single sector, and use a traingular prism-type sector to create each step. It seems to make it easier for the player to run up and down them, and helps prevent HOMs.

Nice to see you are still alive after the hurricane. :)

Level looks great so far. Only thing I think you should do is throw a few trees or rocks in your level to give it a more natural feel.

Natural feel? At a Sith temple with a blood-red sky? I could only imagine seeing very dead trees there, but extra rocks (or rubble) strewn about would definitely add to it.

I like it, execpt the sky. Isn't there 2 different sky flags? Maybe if you try the other one. It just looks too pixalated.

The other sky flag really wouldn't do anything... I think it just changes how they rotate. What I'd reccomend is increasing the resolution of the sky texture... I'd try exporting it, then using photoshop or other image editing software to double its width and height, and apply a liberal dose of trilinear filtering (or what they might call it in Photoshop; it interpolates between the points at the middle of each original pixel through three axes each). That would seriously improve the visual quality of it, However, if the texture's already at 256x256 (though it looks like 128x128 to me), then you really can't do anything more, aside from increase the map's sky distance, or increasing the texture scaling of the sky... (not reccomended)

Use red coloured lighting or sector tint to make the sky fit with the rest of the level. The sky could indeed use some softening.

Ok. I opened the sky in Photoshop and blurred it, which I think makes it look better, and I changed the colored lighting to red.

Change the sky distance to something like 300 (F8 in JED).

Well I dont use JED, I use JkEdit. In the header editor there is the horizon distance... would that be it, you think?

EDIT: Yeah that was it... it looks much better with the horizon distance set to 300.. thanks.
