It seams like the angle of the texture along the face is the same everywhere.. Maybe bring abit more variation in that, it almost looks like a PS texture overlay now.

Other than that, awesome. :D

Everything looks jaw-droppingly awesome, except for the talons. The matte black just doesn't look right.

Sweet! make a base texture as well, cause i have thoughts of texturing it as a Megraptor ;)
(Utahraptor, Megaraptor, the one main difference is size :D )

GothiX--I was thinking of that too, I'll mention that next time he shows up on AIM.

Wolfy--The feet and arms haven't been started yet, actually.

Alexraptor--Well, there are already plans to do several different "paint jobs," Megaraptor included (you were thinking turquoise/blue, yes?) but I suppose we can include a black and white one too for (lazy) skinners.
