How to do zits? Simple:

1. Use google's image search to find a gross picture of "pimples" (http://www.dingbatway.com/acne/acne-c.jpg)
2. Copy and paste the pimple image several times all over the face image.
3. Set the new pimple layers to "Soft Light" and Opacity to 85%.
4. Use eraser tool with an opacity of about 35% to touch up the edges of the pimple layers until it blends nicely.
