Meet Randall, the Anthropomorphic Dinosaur
2004-12-02, 9:05 PM #1
Randall is/was inspired by Triumph, Maddox, Groucho Marx, and Sammy J, respectively. He is an anthropomorphic dinosaur in that he talks and smokes a cigar, but apart from that he has little in common with the more common persuasion of such animals that is all too prevalant on today's internet. He has a certain distaste for this other persuasion, but mostly to the extent of complaining and making sarcastic remarks about it. His complaints stem from the fact that search filters tend to overlook certain facets of these characters, for reasons unknown but likely not unrelated to their use of an odd jargon that is not commonly known in mainstream culture. His strengths include his intelligence and wit. His weaknesses include his abrasive and caustic nature, his impatience, social dysfunctionality, nervous tics, and chain smoking.

Now, the question is what do I do with him? A comic strip? Educational pamphlet? Breakfast cereal? Also, I finished my crocodile scratchboard. Any thoughts on that are welcome as well.

You can't have Groucho's cigar without his eyebrows.

Ah, but he does! They take the form of the blackned crests above his eyes.

Make them more prominant. Like that:

I didn't say he WAS Groucho, just that he was somewhat inspired by him.
