I've been toying with the idea of creating a webcomic just for fun. I've worked on this off and on for the past three days. Lack of a drawing tablet really slowed me down, and probably made it look not as good as it should, coloring wise.



Things I know I have to work on:

• Continuity. The same character looks different in different panels.
• Technicals. I have trouble with hands and different angles of perspective
• Shading. I think this one turned out ok, but I definately need practice in that department.

Oh yeah, I penciled and inked it by hand, then colored and shaded with the GIMP. I'm a few hundred dollars short of owning Photoshop right now .

Comments and criticisms are welcome.

P.S. This is intended as an introductory strip. I swear I have better jokes lined up.

good refrences.. I am good at hands/etc.. But take thier style for some examples.. They sketch it in, Wire style.. Meaning they make the outlines and everything.. Just light blue pencil nothing serious.. Then you use a photoshop program.. Which is the heart of the web comic.. And the rest is gold.. Thats a method I use, uh oh.. I said it didnt I? Think parody of starship troopers, futurerama, and grand theift auto.. Into the future age universe.. But thats enough I had said.. :P.. And I dont edit games anymore because it takes space and.. I have no knac for anymore..
