First image I drew was a desktop. I must say photoshop rocks but the images are too easy to draw. Just add a few dots smuge sharpen dispeckle and then Do some cool effect with the filter then add a starwarsy text.

I didn't just get retinas today, though. That's quite painful with the gigantic white blur out. Makes me think that the lens flair is on my own eye, and not the screen.

They are only easy to draw if you only draw pictures that are easy to draw:rolleyes:
Nice for a first PS drawing, but try to avoid filter-based-pictures as it will just build bad habits and seperate you from any skill you may develop otherwise

Still, a pretty nice filter image. That's how I got started.

I will still make works of art with paint at school. To be honest I like paint better than photshop more challenging.

If you keep making very smple stuff like that, then yes, it's better to stick to paint. If you want to make something that actually looks good, PS is the way to go.
