3 different helocopters I created after watching this thing on the history channel on helocopters, and because projects of mine (so for JK). >.> <.< And another JKPM preview will be comming shortly.

I just don't understand why you insist on making your pictures so dark ... it's like you're trying to cover up bad modeling with "fancy" rendering.

Yes, it's kinda hard to see some of it, but the models do need alot of work.

Uhhh, that's actually a VERY bright render on my machine, and my monitor's almost 6 years old. I honestly think people can't see pics most of the time because of glare from a window, that's what always causes pics to seem dark to me. I usually have to close my blinds. However, it's pitch black where I live right now, and I don't have lots of lights on, so the pic renders beautifully. :cool:

Low lights, new monitor, render is too dark.

Turn your brightness down Daft, make sure BLACK appears BLACK and not LIGHT GRAY. :rolleyes:

The upper right one is definately too boxy, unless it's SUPPOSED to be like that.

Other ones look ok.

I also forgot to mention they're not suppose to be exactly like real helos, just referenced. >.> <.< However, those pics showed up just fine in full sunlight of my suburb home, I'll get a brighter pic up in a few. Made in 3dsm and I'm not going to say what I'd like to say as a retort on the grounds of not wanting to be banned.

The archetypes of what they're supposed to be are quite recognizeable in a way. But they really don't look much like their real counterparts. For instance the blades are very thin on all of them, the rotors don't extend nearly far enough to support the bulk of the machine, on the two "open" helicopters, the engine and other internal components don't seem to take up any room etc. They look bulky, yet too frail.

Just do more observations about the shape, purpose and functions of parts of helicopters. Despite the primitive nature of the models, your enthusiasm is still quite apparent.
If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.
