Left-click on a dot to add a dot; right-click to remove it. The entries with multiple lines (such as Battle Scars) are broken down into individual textboxes for each line - if there's a way to get it wrap like it should and have a transparent background, I don't know of it.

Werewolf: The Apocalypse Character Utility

Make it expandable for the DND one. So if I want a Psionic character, with psionic magic etc, I don't have to hand-write it out. I can just make a 'class' file which "installs" new skills and whatnot.

Also, where's the level up function? (If it's there and I missed it because I didn't download it, sorry :-P)

You've obviously never played a White Wolf system. There are no "levels" in White Wolf systems.

White Wolf something completely different from D&D or just..modified?

I haven't played it (except for the vampire TM: Bloodlines pc game), but it's completely different. It's an entirely different RPG system. (I'm assuming that vampire uses the same system)

Each one of those dots represents a d10 that you get to roll. The Storyteller (aka GM) sets a difficulty, and the number of d10s that meet or exceed that number determine how well you succeed at a task.
