[Edit: Since GIMP does PSD, that's what we're going to use. That way people who use Photoshop can play too.]
Ok, here we go again. However, there is an important rule. Hopefully it will improve the contest, not hurt it; it will allow a LOT more creative editing without hurting the quality of the image.
The rule is: You must use GIMP/Photoshop, and you must post the PSD file with all layers intact.
That way, no recursive JPEG loss of quality, and you can move stuff around without having to select it every time, etc.
