Teh Blob??

I didn't think so, but anyways I redid it after getting jed to work again. I don't have any shots of the "blob" itself because it needed a complete overhaul. In my redo I decided to go for both gameplay, archi, and lighting! so I'll stop blabbing, check it out.

VERY well done. Although simplistic, the archi is very realistic as real-life archi. The texture job is smooth and clean, and not to mention, makes loads of sense. The lighting is absolutelly fantastic. I do hope you can populate that level with some 3DOs to make it more lived in, but otherwise, I see very little room for improvement.

Is it a subway? If so, there are lots of 3DOs that you could use. My one question is about light fixtures in the tunnel. Seems there is mysterious light comming from no where :-P

The darkness doesn't agree with my monitor, but what I can see looks fairly win.

OHMYGOD I LVOE YOU VEGIEMASTER!!! The Blob is my favorite horror movie ever made!!! This is the sewer where brian and meg are chased by the blob on brian's motorcycle!! HOLY CRAP! I never thought I'd see the combination of JK and The Blob!!! YES!!! Now someone make a blob model and key it up PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!

oops.... sorry to dissapiont you trige, but by the blob i meant what we called the thing i had in the middle of the map.... wow that probibly just chrushed your heart...
this is a MP death match level btw, and kirby had seen its earlier prototype, and i plan on using the same symetry. If I had time I would look for the original thread. thanks for the comments hopefully i update this soon, I really need to get my blob/core thing working to look good now. again, sorry trige... :p
