Hey guys, this is just a quick thing thrown together on how i would write the plot for Episode 3. I guarantee most of you will find it cheezy but this is for the few that will enjoy it . This is my first fanfic of sorts, but if anyone likes it i might expand on this idea.
The movie starts with Luke Skywalker, somewhere between Episode 5 and 6. He's grown powerful with his training and his first duel with his father. He's returning from Dagobah in his X-wing after some intense training with Yoda. Somehow very small changes happen at the quantum level, due to maybe some intradimensional rift or events in another time or universe(still working on this part). He believes that he's returning back to a rebel base, but what he does not realize is that these quantum changes have opened a small worm hole and he continues onward. When he emerges on the otherside he is, as expected, very much suprised and startled by all the differences.
He comes across some ships that are commanded by what seem to be strange looking stormtroopers. After some discussion the troopers believe he is a threat and try to elimnate him. But due to the X-wing's technology being much more advanced than theirs and Luke being very keen in the force, he is able to take out an entire sqaudron in a sweet dog fight. He meets up with another pilot also harassed by the troopers and who eventually helped Luke in the fight. He tells Luke about the growing number of Senators who are fighting against the new dictatorial type of regime that the Republic is slowly turning into. Everything clicks for Luke and realizes he has traveled to his past. He had just fought a group of Clone Troopers.
Rushing to Coruscant with the aid of his new friend, he hopes he has enough time to change the events of the horrible past, but time is moving quickly and many of the plans of Palpatine are already set in motion. Arriving at the Jedi Council, he informs them of everything. Many are suspicious of his motives as many can sense with the force that his quantum signatures do not quite match or "in balance" with all the other normal things in the universe. However, they too, especially Mace Windu had growing suspicions of Palpatine and decide to confront him. Yoda and the others on the council ask Luke to stay to further interrogate him and persuade Luke that Mace's party can more than handle the situation.
Yoda pries into Luke's mind and realizes everything he has said was the truth. Luke then discusses Anakin's fate, they meet with Obi-Wan and decide they too must go to Palpatine. Padme (very close to death because of child birth) informs them that Anakin is not with Palpatine for a brief period and has secluded to his quarters elsewhere. Luke torn between emotions of love and amazement of seeing his mother and old masters and anxiety of the future tear him apart, but he pulls himself back together. The trio hurries off.
Luke asks Yoda and Obi-Wan to stay outside for a while so that he can speak to his father in private. Luke finds Anakin who is now very wearied and feels helpless in saving Padme. Luke tells him there maybe hope, but his optimistic talk annoys Anakin who is already well into his way into the dark side. A fight quickly ensues, but Luke who had already dueled a much more powerful version of the current Anakin easily defeats him. Anakin amazed now is much more respecting of this stranger.
**"I am your father." - episode 5**
The aura of the lightside, power, and mercy of Luke quiets Anakin and calms his mind. Through small introductions they talk about their fight and share secrets of the force with each other. They grow closer and their discussion becomes more open. They then discuss many things, the poltics of the galaxy, the art of piloting various craft, but especially the Jedi Order. This is when their discussion seemed to connect them the most. They agreed on how the Jedi followed some very foolish traditions and both of them had the same plans for reforming it.
"Someone other than Palpatine agrees with me." thinks Anakin to himself.
Luke sensing this reveals that Palpatine is indeed not who Anakin expects him to be. He tells him of how his father was a padawan of this man, and how his life was corrupted. He then reveals to Anakin it was Palpatine that was behind Darth Tyrranus and the Federation and it was Palpatine who poisned Padme.
Anakin initially does not believe Luke, but slowly things repressed in his subconscious begin to resurface. Small hints he was suspicious about, this combined with Luke roving through past records on the holonet has Anakin convinced that Palpatine needs to be stopped. By this time Obi-wan and Yoda are already on their way to Palpatine to see how Mace is fairing.
**"You threaten me Master Jedi?" - episode 3**
When Obi-Wan and Yoda arrive, many jedis are either dead or severly injured and their bodies are strewn all over the citadel. Mace and Kit Fisto are barely fighting for their lives when Yoda and Obi - wan join. Palpatine with the use of the force throws Kit Fisto and Kenobi against the wall and they stumble over unconscious because of the concussion. Anakin and Luke arrive and Palpatine is now surrounded by Mace, Anakin, Luke, and Yoda, the four most powerful jedis in the universe. However, Palpatine is much more powerful than they can possibly imagine. He reveals to them through taunts that it was over 1500 years ago that he killed his last Sith master.
The most furious fight in over several millenia ensues. Mace with his fast saber play, Luke and Anakin with their seemingly synchronized attacks keep Palpatine at bay. Yoda revives Obi-Wan and Kit Fisto and these three then jump into the fray. Palpatine suddenly with one strike cuts off Mace's saber arm and throws him away. Yoda through carelessness in handling of the force allows Palpatine to cause a near fatal attack on him making Yoda temporarily paralyzed. Kit Fisto fires a blast but Palpatine reflects it back at him with a quick motion of his wrist. Only Obi Wan, Anakin, and Luke are left.
All four combatants are extremely careful now, counting, measuring and planning their attacks within nanoseconds. After several minutes, Palpatine finally knocks Anakin's saber hand upward leaving a clean spot along the waist for Palpatine to make use of. Lunging forward his saber thrusts right through flesh. Anakin stares out in shock, Luke had jumped in front of Anakin to receive the blow. Anakin in his last fury slows time through the force to nearly a halt as he takes Mace's saber and cuts the now occupied Palpatine from between the chancellor's legs all the way through and above his head. The two halves of the Sith Lord fall apart and Luke crumbles into Anakin's arms. Luke in his final words reassures Anakin that with Anakin's current skill in the lightside of the force, there was much hope for Padme's recovery and .

With Anakin's new techniques he had gained from Luke and the help of all the now recovered old jedi masters, he heals Padme after her first delivery to a health beyond any previous state she had experienced. A girl first comes out and he names her Leia. He then takes the second child in his arms staring into his eyes. A familiar aura he feels, he then notices a scar along the waste. Although the baby was healthy, the scar was the same pattern of the scar that the stranger had received from Palpatine upon his death. Padme then whispers to Anakin, "We'll call him Luke."
