Firstly, I suggest making it XHTML1.0 valid. At the moment it's not even valid HTML4.01.

The design is nice, the gradients (specifically the grey one in the bakckground) look out of place some how. In my opinion the background would look better with a solid light grey (#EFEFEF for example). I dont know what it is about the background but it doesnt look quite right.

Other than that it's a nice, uncluttered interface. The pictures and colours work well together.

My only other criticism is that it's a fixed width. You could easily alter that design so it stretches across the page correctly.

Fixed-width designs have their place. Fixed content sites is one of them. Some of the best webdesigners in the world user fixed-width, just give it careful thought before choosing a layout option.

Anywho:

1) Don't use tables for layout, tables should be only used for displaying tabular data.
2) Use xhtml markup, it's been the standard for years now
3) The overall appearance is a little too cartooney, especially on the menu bar
4) The logo looks out of place, it also has a drop shadow on an otherwise completely flat design.
5) Consider other font choices
6) On the services page, you can do all those arrow graphics in the list with list styling for much clearner markup
7) h1 should only be used once in a page (if at all), you should be using h2 for most headings
8) Gradients are overused on websites, they can still be used, but be subtle about it.
