Pool anyone?



This is an extra secret secret from The Maze. It's extra secret in the sense that there's no riddle in the included .txt document to finding it. You'd be hard pressed to find it without the aid of JED (which I highly frown upon), but I will include some clues in the level for finding it. Once everything is finished, this will have force throwable billiard balls. Enjoy.

I would, but I'm afraid I can't for awhile. My college has disabled IRC for the entire campus network to cut back on possible worms and other viruses. It sucks, I know. One stupid dorm screws everything up for the rest of us. Perhaps if someone could inform me about this stuff via e-mail, I'll have some clue as to what you're talking about.

Really cool, but I think the table is a bit too deep-set.

It probably is too deep, for ratio anyway. But I fudged up in my calculations, so I figured I'd rather have it like this than spend another 30 minutes making another, more acurrate table. I know, I'm lazy.

And it looks a bit narrow. Prehaps make it really big (but not way too big) or throw in some killer balls?

Yeah, I'd say the main thing that I wasn't satisfied with was how narrow it turned out to be. If I get time (and motivation) to redo this, that will definitly be fixed.

Be sure to have plenty of mana in the room so you don't have to wait before shooting again.

good thinking. I plan to make some of those chalk cubes as 3DO's in place of the mana 3DO.

The scale is way off. It makes the player look like the size of an ant.

Also, if anyone can direct me to a place where I can find some nice billiard ball textures, I'd be grateful.

Couldnt you just have a local cog that checks the players' mana bin, and pulsing it to full? try looking at force_well.cog
