I'm in the midst of making NPC models for the Life of Grismath.
When Terra first joined the greater galactic community, its boisterousness coupled with its relatively remote location made it a prime resting spot for nearby prison ships. Unfortunately, sometimes a few escaped...
Watch out for this fellow in the Life of Grismath. I'm still working on his mandibles, but he really doesn't have much in the way of hands, it's all just mush and bones in front of those cruel, cruel drills.
You first encounter LED Officer Number 22 in the bowels of the baggage claim at the Spaceport, where you gamble in a cutthroat card game. As you can see, he's been hitting the donut factory a little too often, but luckily LED headquarters manufactures armor to fit.
LED stands for the Law Enforcement Department of Union Territory, one of the best police forces in the world. Their standard officers are girded in nigh-impenetrable armor that makes them a force to be reckoned with. Luckily, their invinicibility has made most of them lazy and while almost impossible to kill, they aren't all that hard to outthink and outmaneuver.
