Zeq already posted about this and the method he used in the Dedicated Server thread, but I thought I'd whip up a little script dedicated to doing this in AutoIt. Just run the EXE while JK/MotS runs in the background and it's title will be changed. Then you can launch another instance.

I showed MZZT Autoit. I primarily script (almost program now) in it.

I DON'T KNOW. I think it just tacks the code onto a 110kb exe.
