that boy needs therapy...

basically a horror movie about a cabin that stabs people (spikes come from the walls and floor). this is basically the first few minutes of the movie.

oh and the camera is puposefully off-centered in the still shots for opening credits(old school, baby) which will be added later.

hahahaha and i meant halloween 2005. i was just thinking it might be out next year before i thought of halloween and forgot to change the 2006. um yeah.

the whole idea is that it's a flashback kinda thing, but it really never happens. none of us make it out of the cabin. so maybe my character's crazy. it's either that or hurt by johnny cash, and thats about heroin addiction.

zell, i guess the stabbin can extend past the cabin, but the majority will happen in the cabin. or it doesnt really have to make sense... the tree caught my shirt on accident, but i think its awesome that it did.

It's good. I'm a student-filmmaker myself, and I like it. The only suggestion I have for you is to free the camera up a little bit. Each shot was nearly identical. Maybe have the camera run alongside your character, it'll take away the monotony and add some intensity.

Hmm, maybe make the guy in the suit more like the G-man from HL2? I dunno, he didn't seem all that good. Just an idea :rolleyes:

well yeah, it's supposed to be for credits. i prolly should have just gone and added the names in but yeah. still shots are for names, and then to mix it up we threw in panning shots, the run-by for the very beginning(which... well also is a credit one) and the close up at the end.

and yeah.. we might cut david's part. we didnt get to do our orignal idea so we had to make with what we had and it turned out bad... its not essensial to be in there anyways.

yeah the orignal idea was for the camera to be above my stomache and me looking like i got stabbed in the gut, but it was done offscreen, but totally randomly... my shirt got caught on the tree, so what i guess you could say was the tree stabbed me, but not enough to go out through the front... and it caught my shirt when it un-stabbed me and i fell down? i dunno that scene is random and really doesnt serve much meaning or purpose other than something cool to use for opening credits.
