Texturing in progress. One texture left for the front bottom, texture for a piece on the bottom of engine, and a tie rack left. Want to redo the middle plating a bit, and have some blemishing added to the back plates, reduce the number and increase the size of the palces where the hull is worn.
Any other suggestions?

Very nice :D. As a SW starship enthusiast, I always love to see a well-done starship model. Might I suggest one or two laser blast-marks on the sides? I think that would give it a sense of use and authenticity.

It's made in JED, but it's not intended for JK (though if anyone really wanted to use it for something, I could release the 3do). It's going to be converted into an opt for X-Wing Alliance.

I might add a blast mark somewhere along the midsection.

I like it a lot. It seems a quite a bit too long though. I went and looked at
the Carrack in the tech room on tiefighter and it is more like the below shot.
I tried to get a reference pic with the print scrn button but the colors were
all funky so I just photoshopped your pic as an example. I think it would
help your model a lot if you shortened it. I realize that would be annoying
so do what you want but it really would make it better to shorten it.

What size are the textures?

The Carrack is measured out perfectly. It matches the measurement given in the tech library and the one in the Essential Guide to Vehicles.
Textures are 256x256, mostly

It would probably look shorter in perspective. What program are those shots rendered from?
