I have created a working swaying scope for Jedi Knight. Its not the best in the whole world, but I think you'll find it attractive. I wanted to post an update with just this, but then I thought, nah, something else. So I put in more keyframes and all the reloading sounds cept for the m56 smartgun (weap 6). While looking at teh scope sway, also check to make sure all the sounds seem to work whats accually happening and yea, I hope my timing is close enough.

Also, still note that Multiplayer does NOT work still.

PS - To get the sniper rifle, go to level 9 and kill a trando.

Is it the title that doesn't attract peeps? I thought it was creative, tho you'd have to see the thread first to get it lol.

For testing purposes, make a hotkey to give you all weapons. It would save most people time in testing your mod.

Nice work except that it has sound problems in other levels. Pinotnoir crashes me for some reason, so I made a dflt box with all powerups and the guns were totally silent.

Might try some kind of harmonic motion for the scope. Some games even use figure-eightish movement.

And using red5 won't even give you that weapon or any ammo for that matter!

Weapon sway in real life isn't in a predictable pattern, it's all about how your arms twitch and how fast/slow you breath. It's random.

Pinotnoir works just fine for me *shrugs* well there are stranger bugs...., and I bet the sounds are silent because I'm thinking you're running the mod outside of the level, and JK can be very....tempermental with the jkl's setup to the operations performed by the engine. Open up the gob and put it in a test level with each part in the respective folders and re-jkl save it and test. 1 more thing, I'd like to thank the quotee above and Zell for at least keeping it reasonably close to the subject matter, tho I did have a small hand in luring it away for a bump..... :o
