Unfortunately, these are all things I can't really fix. Anyone who edits UT2004 should know about this, but that house is 90% static meshes arranged in that fashion. I applied some skins to it, and sadly, that upper level with the mismatched textures is how the static mesh was made, and you can't flip or rearrange textures on a static mesh at all. You kind of have to trust that they work.
Also, there are two terrains making up the slope down to the bank and the bank itself That's the best I can make them match up. I'll see what I can do, if anything, though... I think these things will be overlooked while people are playing, anyway.
