And since it is still filled with "Crime and Inmorality" I thought I'd give my photoshop skills a test.

i cant help but read that as "Escape from Penisville"
Code:
if(getThingFlags(source) & 0x8){
  do her}
elseif(getThingFlags(source) & 0x4){
  do other babe}
else{
  do a dude}
2005-10-01, 8:48 PM #6
But that wouldn't make sense. Why would anyone ever want to escape Penisville?
2005-10-01, 10:19 PM #7
because its a sausage fest.
Code:
if(getThingFlags(source) & 0x8){
  do her}
elseif(getThingFlags(source) & 0x4){
  do other babe}
else{
  do a dude}

Kurt Russell is freakin' addictive! I like most every movie he was in (with the exception of Captain Ron). He's a really good actor and trained by Disney! And he works a lot with JOHN FRIGGIN' CARPENTER! That's just a great combination anyway you slice it! Right now, I'm actually listening to the theme song from "Escape from New York" (I started it before coming to massassi, it was just pure coincidence to find this thread). Just fantastic work all around. They showed "Dark Blue" on FX a few days ago.

As for a comment on what you're actually showcasing; that's pretty low quality.

If you're a professional mind-reader, you should get a new job, because my post was solely about the quality of the image you posted. Over-reacting is an artform too, but I don't think that's what you're showcasing.

Seriously, there'sa lot of hard edges, low-quality images and non-fitting text with ugly fonts. The images also don't make any sense when put together, it doesn't tell a story or grab your interest.

Now if you dislike negative feedback, fine, but you should know how to handle it. If you don't, there's not much of a point in posting in the showcase, which in the end is all about receiving feedback - be it good or bad.

Ever see the VHS jacket for Escape from L.A

Its clearly a rip off of it.

If you still have a beef with me take it up with me on MSN. If you choose to block me that would be that your are way to scared. Blocking is for cowards. That is how it will always be.

You don't get it, do you? Rip-off, fine, that doesn't mean it has to look like an MSPaint job.

And what the hell is your problem? I simply commented on your work, and you decide to make a whole deal out of it. That's kinda annoying, really.

I don't understand. Trained by Disney? Does he sing Disney songs?

No no, this was a LONG time ago when Disney was more concerned with acting than singing and sing-a-longs. I can think of any other Disney trained actors at the time, but I'll look into it some.

If you were advertising a film starring Kurt Russel, you wouldn't have his face on the poster be nearly invisible.
