Something I did out of bordem. Curtosy of blue marble images I got creative. The onlything I need to do now is figure out how to create an atmospheric haze. then I will start doing space renders with it.

Awesome! I like it. On the atmosphere thingy. Try making a 20% bigger version of your sphere, only give it a halo effect that appears only when the light is on it. I don't know if you can do that in your software, utility or programs, but I know I can in mine. I hope this helps.

You're better off just making them in Photoshop, honestly. Far more creative freedom.
