So, who found it necessary to lock the old thread? I didn't see anything wrong with it - I didn't see any other threads locked, due to age...

Well, it's been awhile, but here's some updates - mostly from places that have already been showcased...

From the Beginning:
A fairly new Corellian ship exits hyperspace...and is the subject of a current project, being developed at the Imperial Research Facility on Coruscant.

Yes, those Shades, actually work, and the background buildings (the ones you'll never set foot on) are all misc .md3 models, with the lowest polycount possible (during compile, the polys would always be divided up too much) so, this makes things, overall, faster...

I absolutely think this is amazing. No questions about it. However, I think some of the textures on a few of the buildings are very bland and repetitive. Some of them look very excellent and high-quality, whereas some others do not. Other than that, it is absolutely superb.

I can't wait to play this.

This is possibly one of the greatest things I've ever seen showcased on massassi. Seriously man, good job. I don't think I've ever been on my seat this much for anything, let alone a JA project. I will be expecting this in my in-box >.> <.<

It looks great. There's just something about running around in a city full of neon signs at night.

I do think the buildings should be taller, though. In the coruscant part at the beginning of AOTC, the buildings were huge and seemed to go on forever-- you could never see the bottom or top.

I noticed he never specifically said it was on Coruscant, but it looks very cool. I wonder what the estimated release date is?

Awesomeness. My only complaint would be the General's uniform. Doesn't seem very SW-ish. Other than that, it's absolutely great.

I don't think he commented here that it was Couruscant, but I think he did in a previous thread.
