It looks good, but i fear those things are hard coded. I could (and lets hope I am) be wrong.

Yeah I worked with the HUD myself once. The locations of the individual components are hard coded.

Only way to override is to either pad the top of each character to move it down (unlikely to work in your case), or hide the hud completely and draw your own in COG using 3dos infront of the camera.

The Hud numbers are set to be a certian X/Y away from the top left of the .bm. Depending on how big your .bm is, they'll still be the preset X/Y away from the top left. You'll have to design your Hud around this, or use a 3do Hud like Mega said.

[Edit]

Just did some tinkering around, and the ammo numbers are always displayed 13*19 pixels away from the top left of the .bm The shield/health numbers will follow a similar pattern, give or take a few pixels.

And they have to be 13*19 ?? It's not that simple becouse I also whanted to make them biger. the JO hud is 128/128 and if I make it smaller it will make the quality fall.

P.S Where did you find the 13*19 thing?

The numbers have to be 13 * 19 pixels away from the top left of the BM. I found this out by comparing the JK Hud to the TDiR Hud which was made by someone who knew what they doing. :) (Bel_Iblis or something like that)

Not sure what the offset is for Health/Shield numbers, I could find out right quick though if you'd like. :)
