Very nice, I saw this done with counter-strike 1.6

http://cstechno.ytmnd.com/

The sound should stream on there.

But very nice strike, I love it.

I liked it a lot up until the rail det explosion, it was a little slow and lame after that.

Axis.. ???

Thanks everyone for the buttload of replies, I wasn't expecting this big or good of a response :D

I started adding a little more to the mp3; so far, just about 30 seconds worth. I reuploaded the file so just go to the same link to check it out. I think the part I added should help give a sense of direction that I'm taking this (sort of dark and distorted), but the very last 10 seconds or so is not done. The 'remote-hiss' hihat/rattle sort of builds up too soon before the transition, and also I need to pick a good sample to be like the lead synth for it (although the probe droid loop is a great bass). I'm still finding some cool JK sounds to use as instruments, but it's hard when so many of them are just like people talking or getting hurt.

Awesome work so far. Only thing I feel qualified to comment on is the mastering...not much stereo action going on. Try to split things up a bit, but don't go insane with it. What I mean is, not every instrument should be on either channel, and don't do that annoying 60s panning where like, one instrument is completely on one channel the entire song. Try to widen the sound field though.

Worked on a little post-production on the finished parts, per Emon's suggestion. Most of it is pretty subtle. Added some cool filtering to the remote-hiss rattle at the end, not sure if the kick/snare explosions really match up anymore though. They sound too slow and clonky, what do you guys think

I like the middle part before the raildet xplosion, especially when the horns start playing :). The ending is too different to be in the same track, I think.
