He needs more green in his skintone, and his arms look abit to skinny considering his body mass (note, I said mass, not weight, since weight is relative to gravity, and physics is a class that corrupts you, but take it anyways, you get to drop stuff. :p). Looks great otherwise.

Come to think of it, all the levels they apear in are primarily gray, soo..

Blade is waay too big it looks like. Make it a bit shorter and wider.

Not to be picky, but if you could make the skintone of the head more like that of the arms, he'd seem less cartoonish.

i think the shoulders need to be taller and maybe wider a bit and bigger arms... i think Star Wars Battlefront 2 had good models of them, maybe look at those...

@ Cazor : They don't use that axe in JK.

Pigman is great but that axe is WAY too big. This ain't anime boy! Make it smaller. Or use the real gnamowtvr axe

The arms are still too small. I doubt theys Gamorreans have xtra lean muscles in their arms, not to mention no fat in them... Tho maybe I'm just crazy and have studies anatomy too much...

Personally, I prefer the gray.

Maybe make his feet a little bigger, and add a little more chunkiness to the upper arms?

overall i'd say the texture quality on its clothes are not up to snuff with the rest of the models. especially the tunic.

but the model still looks really nice.

[@ Ford, yeah, you're right. I took the easy way out, which was paste the original textures on my uv map and paint over the top of 'em. I'll be fixing things up some more, especially his torso area]

I *always* hated how the JK Tusken Raiders looked. Although obviously they wouldn't look identical to how they looked on Tatooine, they were just really stupid looking zombies with crossbows. Please don't keep the textures identical to how they were in game. I read that you basically just overlayed them for now, but I hope you make serious changes to the Raiders, because at the moment they don't look much different at all from the default model, other than being a tad bit more rounded.
