I had an idea for a Star Wars webcomic a while back. Yall remember that thing, what was it, Star Wars as told by SOE? I had an idea to do the Star Wars saga in JA the same way, but I realized I lack the drive and intelligence required for that sort of thing.
But I did make the opening crawls.

-Hey, while we're at it, I don't suppose there's a Garry's Mod sorta thing for JA, is there?

*Obi_1 and Qui_gohave joined the game*
Obi_1: I have a bad feeling about this.
Qui_gon: I don't sense anything.
Obi_1: /model obi-wan-tpm
Qui_gon: /model Quigonjin
Obi_1: ...
Qui_gon: ...
Obi_1: ...
Qui_gon: Why does yours say the name of the movie in it?

I thought the opening crawls were kind of lame, but this was actually really funny.

I don't get it. Can someone please explain?

Anyways, these were lovely. Hehe.

Didn't think the text crawls were at all funny. But the qui-gon obi joke made me chuckle. (And that while I'm REALLY pissed off today)

Yeah, I had some good jokes. I wrote about eight strips of dialogue and setup, constituting the first ten or so minutes of TPM (up to the Jedi starting to fight the battle droids) and I always thought that was the best joke in the strips. Most others rely on visuals or video game humor (I made the Battle droids talk like CS players).
I did try just drawing them, which led to this. I may give it another try now.

-Acutally, the strip example I gave above actually ended with Qui Gon and Obi sharing glances at each other's model names and Qui Gon concluding "Now I have a bad feeling about this." but I didn't feel like putting the line in every strip/issue/thingy.
