And what does the marking on his head mean? Is it a tattoo?

There's sort of a contract-killing corporation that he works for which also has academies on various planets--the tattoo means he's a graduate. I'm not sure whether it's operating legitimately on his planet though.

YAAAY! I think his shirt looks good as the background color. Keep the shirt the way it is and change the background color.
