Whats more interesting are those faces in the background. They look like something out of laboritory. Speaking of what happened to part two of that, I was looking foward to it.

Almost all of those masks have been shown in this forum. I don't remember the blacknwhite and the third one, though.

It's made of hard board (like wooden panneling) and fiberglass

The rust effect was texture painting, throwing saw dust and other CRAP on it, ad painting some more.

as of now, you can look out the bottom of the pyramid, but it will eventually be closed up, so we are going to make a parascope type thing (there are very small holes in the top that could be seen out of if there was a parascope inside the pyramid)

Weren't there like ridges and bars and other tchotchkeys on it?

-You know, it is intimidating, but I've never found Pyramid Head to be scary, weird, cool, or sexy. Just kinda goofy looking.

It's odd. When I saw clips from the movie and videogame and pictures and everything, I thought it looked silly. Spiral makes it scary. O.O

I only ask because the game designers made it with the explicit intention of making it look extremely painful to wear.

-Then again, it's made of rusty metal, and yours is fiberglass. You pansy.

To be honest I thought it was pretty creepy in the movie. But it also might have been the bigass sworn and ripping your skin off your body in one go.

we are gonna put a speaker in it so we can play the pyramid head sounds from the pyramid. we want to make the knife for halloween, but the sound when he drags it will be hard to do with out using a speaker.. so we might just make his spear which we might fashion after the "spear of destiny"

i have about 60 pictures. if you have any please post them.. that are not of anime girls wearing pyramids ;)

Edit: if what you are talking about "needs work" is the fact that the pyramid's paint is just rusted metal with none of the blood splats and stuff, or the "bottom half" of the pyramid that is missing, including the flares on the sides... then rest assured that it is not finished and all that stuff that I mentioned will be added.
