Welllll, actually I wasn't, only got tired of OPTing the Diamond Stat.... whoops. Eermm anyway, I remember that in some battle thread I introduced an Inferno Mk2-Cruiser. Now I stumbled across a rather old yet actually nice looking concept sketch for a ship of so far undecided sort and purpose.

Long story short, I made a model.

The Inferno Mk2 now has a face and a few first facts:

Length: 1.07 km
Weaponry:
- 20 heavy quad DIP-Batteries (6 fore, 4 rear, 10 broadside)
- Numerous flak batteries.
starfighter Complement: 2-3 squadrons
Entered service around 2530 UPT

Lookin good as always For some reason I can see this in Halo, the design..

A battlecruiser like this looks like it could be a support ship, figuring that's a medium-sized ship (compared to SW, don't know where it fits in the grand scheme of your shipset).

TBP and SW are rather similar size-wise.

It looks good from the bottom, but the top could use some fancier design.

BTW, stripped it of a few weapons and 2 engines.
Weapons: each battery has 4 weapon hardpoints - 20 of those plus surfaces cannons is a bit overkill for an 1.1km ship.
Engines: XWA seems to have a problem with more than 13 engine glows
