Yea I've never played Silent Hill, but I did just Google that thing. Which leads to my next question: Why are their heads huge pyramids?

Because it's absolutely ridiculous, that's why. I laughed all the way through that part of the movie.

I didn't know you were capable of laughing. good for you..
and it's not paper.. it was much harder to build then that. the pyramids are symbolic of death shrouds that exicutioners wore in silent hill's past.

and yes, pyramid head is very brutal

That is amazingly freaking awesome. I love Pyramid Head... a very cool villain.

A remember reading something about the symbolism of Pyramid Head's appearance... there's a reason behind it. I love Silent Hill 2... the ending nearly made me cry.
