Couple questions on this. The two examples are the high and low extremes. The first was one of the early lighting drafts. I like darkness and contrast that goes with it- and it would add to the continuity of the environmental mood I'm shooting for. However, it seemed a bit much, so I fired up the lights a bit for the third shot. What I'm wondering is which is generally more appealing: a somewhat dark environment or a bright one. (Because the final decision will be somewhere between the two.
The second question involves the use of the Imperial-style detail lights. When one looks at these corridors, does one say: "Hmm... repetitive" or "Okay, it's IMPERIAL. I GET IT."? Or am I only nearly crossing that line?
