So I have been working on this picture for a very long time, and I've been wondering if there is anything really wrong with the face I'm just not seeing. If anyone can give me any suggestions that would be great.

It looks like you are trying to make her smirk but her lips are too thick and crooked.
Think while it's still legal.

Yes, the lips are probably the biggest problem, I'm still trying to figure out how to slim them down without runing the shading on her skin.

maybe a really dark ear (since there is alot of hair there) on her left side, work on the smirk of the lips a bit, makeup around the eyes is different for each eye, and the necklace looks like its part of her chest not hanging around her neck. Just my 2 cents of what to look at
The tips at the end of shoelaces are called "aglets". Their true purpose is sinister.

Yeah, I think it's the size and/or shading of the lips, definately.

Also, the root of the nose looks a bit wide to me (up there between the eyes).

To me it doesn't look like the hair is centered on the head properly... Needs to come lower and to the left, I think.
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

She's not very "tempting", but maybe that's just me. Other than the face, it actually looks good. Oh, and the hair is a bit unattractive.
