I started this on Friday, somewhere around noon. I haven't completed it yet, I've still got some things to work out.

Anyway, this is pretty much the structure. Keep in mind that the sector tint has been changed (It's a very faint blue, and the lower into the level you go, the darker the tint becomes.) Also, the lighting has changed somewhat - that is, to the other side of the level, but the shots are still pretty good to show how things are. I'll post back with some updated shots later.

The level pretty much revolves around those cool teleportals. Better watch your back, 'cause you never know where you'll end up :P (Hence "anarchy")

Theres a possibility that I add a skybox to fit the levels tint... either way, that red sky might not stay for long.

I wouldn't have a blue tint, it looks quite nice as it is. I'd also rethink that small spiral staircase, it looks like a nightmare. I'd also consider making the walkways thicker, or at least look like they're supported by something, you might also want to put a trim around edges where the wall texture doesn't end neatly when it meets the floor.

Looks nice though, very complexy (Goldeneye).

I'm one step ahead of you Detty. I finished the trims right before I posted this thread :P

I think I'll make the spiral stairs into a regular platform of some sort, it'll be much easier for me and for gameplay. Haven't gotten that far.

I'm also making supports for the catwalks.

The blue tint actually looks really nice, I suppose it depends on the sky... Maybe I can change them as the game is going... maybe I'll post a shot for comparison and you guys can tell me what you think.

I'm not a huge fan of the textures, but I do know from experience that things look quite different in-game compared to screenies. The only thing I'll really question is the tint. Your mats have a red tint, as does the sky. Why not just go the kill and tint it red? It sorta seems to go against the natural atmosphere.

As it is I changed the sky to a skybox, but it's blue. I'm thinking of changing it to a red sky just to fit the level more, I like the red one anyway.

I'm almost done setting up some new screenshots, so stay alert :D

i think you should stay with the red sky, all the red gives the teleporting thingies a really cool contrast. i really like the concept for this level too.
