It looks like is lower lip is tucked in behind his front teeth, which makes him look a little :downs:

The shadow around the eyes seems a bit much.
It may just be the part on the lower eyelid.

Okay, I made his lower lip fatter and brightened his lower eyelids. I also raised his eyebrows a little.

Um... what exactly are you trying to achieve? He just looks like he's constipated and trying to pose for a photo at the same time. And his nose looks kinda broken. O_o

Eh, I agree that you achieved a look of constipation rather than :downs: I guess the reason being is the fact that his cheeks look puffy, like he is holding his breath, and just the way he is smiling looks like he is actually thinking "hurry up and take the picture damnit, because I really have to **it". Also, his teeth are huge, they look like horse teeth. On a lighter note, that is some seriously good editing from the original Garry's Mod image, and I always love your scenes.

Something is just not right about the eyes, and I think that's what's giving him the uneasy look. The eyes look tense.

I could be wrong but maby putting the inner eyebrows back and raising the outer part of the eyebrow just a smidge.

Reducing the dimpling might help , it looks rather blobby right now.

Seconded. The mouth alone can't make someone look happy. Or like they're really smiling.

His eyebrows are still too low overall (not just the inner ends) and his eyes are a bit close together. Also, he has a very massive noseroot, but maybe you want it this way.

He looks like he is really nervous about something. I think he face looks a little "slack" to be smiling.

Look at Valve's Faceposer and see how they made certain expressions; I remember reading that to create the expressions they used psychological research involving certain facial actions such as "raise eyebrows" and "flair nostrils" that people do to construct certain facial expressions. Either look at Valve's stuff or try to find a record of the research and it should give you a good idea of how to make certain expressions without them looking funny for some strange reason.
