Looks nice, but the leaves all seem to get lost with the trees in the distance... Maybe change the contrast in photoshop?

A couple of pictures in the first post (#1 and #4) lack a clear subject and/or are not framed properly by the scenery.

Number 1 I can understand you not thinking there's a clear subject, but number 4?

I demand hi res versions!

A few of those are quite good. What type of camera do you have? I purchased a Nikon D50 about a year ago and have been planning to take a photography class at the local university once I pay off my student loan.

Two more I just finished the post process on.

Why do people always ask this? These were taken in Carmel Valley around Sky Ranch Rd.

There are some higher rez versions on my Flickr page but they don't look too fantastic because I scaled down the resolution too much when I saved them to jpeg and I don't feel like opening up them up and resaving all of them right now.

I took them with a Nikon D70s (which is basically the big brother of the D50) using the kit lens (I'm too poor to buy another at the moment). Just remember a fancy camera won't make your pictures look good, it's always the person using it.

uhh.. Pic # 5 has a Koala bear staring at me. It is scary.
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

Lassev: I guess there was something captivating in savagery, because I liked it.

That looks like the area where my grandfather's cottage is. As a result, I am overcome with nostalgia and impressed.
