Very nice! But it seems a little clean for Nar Shaddaa...

Nar Shaddaa doesn't always have to be a cesspool. Even then, I still think it looks rusted and...bleak enough for NS.
Code to the left of him, code to the right of him, code in front of him compil'd and thundered. Programm'd at with shot and $SHELL. Boldly he typed and well. Into the jaws of C. Into the mouth of PERL. Debug'd the 0x258.

Kind of cliche, but well done.

I think it was addressed on the hub as Nar, and in some of his previous showcases for the level.

Darth Alran's project page. I assume that, since Nar is what Alran has been showcasing lately and was working on last I heard, that this would be part of that.

They don't work either. For some reason, whenever I run the .bat files necessary, they quit as soon as they open and don't do a thing. It's the same for any JK mod that requires a .bat file. :saddowns:
But this thread isn't about that. What in hell is a Mailoc doing in a docking bay? :tinfoil:

Are the bat files in the same directory as jk.exe ? (and is jk.exe named as such?)

Did you create the specified folders and put GOB files in those folders for specific bat-using mods (not JKE)?

I remember downloading those textures for my many wild and freaky JK level ideas... ... every time I used them I skipped some because they looked great for other levels... ... or maybe those are just similar textures whatever.

Looks nice, anyhow.

hmm, i dunno ... i'm pretty sure this has been done before, by lucas arts ppl, like a billion times. anyway, looks good, i can't tell the diff between this docking bay and theirs.

is that good or bad

and which Lucas arts docking bays does it look similar to? i do want it to look similar to traditional ideas of Nar Shaddaa, but not EXACTLY the same as something that has already been done. :psyduck:

i think im actually thinking of hangars on land as opposed to docking bays... i cant remember where exactly (maybe first lvl of MotS?).
2007-08-15, 9:54 AM #22
There was a multiplayer level in either MotS or JK that WAS that level :p Still looks nice.
Think while it's still legal.
2007-08-15, 10:02 AM #23
The only thing I can think of that looks like this from JK/MotS vanilla is Nar Shaddaa loading terminal... which does make sense ;]
