Well, finals are over for me, and that means I'm BORED. So, I did a little painting. Kind of a speed painting, even though it took me a few hours. First two are my references, then the painting, done in photoshop.

nice, but there's no one in the jeep.

and it doesn't really seem to be giving a sense of motion somehow. I can't put my finger on it though.

[EDIT: I think it'd look more like it's moving if you blend all the mud on the tires together. Currently it looks like the tires are still, which doesn't flow with the mud flying out from behind them.]

Yeah, you're right, that doesn't make sense. I like it when tires look knobby like that so i totally ignored physics without even realizing.

Looks amazing! My only suggestion is to do the bevel around the turn signals. That would really look good.

Thanks! I fixed those little things and just for fun (still bored) i made it nighttime and turned the headlights on. Wee.
