just a very basic model, its going to be going by very fast in-game so you wont see much detail (or lack there of)

Very very nice. I don't know how this would look, but maybe you should put a motion blur on the side texture.

the single cars is just a test run, it will eventually be a full train.

now that you mention it, it does look kinda small.

heh, the best part is if you look at the glass on the windows you can see reflections of trees... ninja subway trees that is...:ninja:

The back I wouldn't worry about too much, but I agree that the sides could use some more polygons. Fast or not, it'll be obviously whether its a flat texture scrolling by or a detailed wagon itself.
