is a mod for Half-Life 2 Deathmatch and they are holding a map competition. The is my entry:

I'd get rid of the rain, because I doubt it's interacting with the water, or makes the proper noises you'd hear indoors or whatnot.

I like your choice of sky -- it works well with the lighting and makes it eerie without it being just dark.

Can you post a shot of the design of the level itself?

That looks awesome.

But I think it'd look even more awesomer with some kind of a more detailed skybox. Mountains? Forest? Dunno.

yeah.. i started looking into that 3d skybox stuff... but being my first map for the source engine and the lack of time.. i didnt explore that option to much

Looks like it has some pretty interesting areas for ZP games, any download links for those of us who occasionally play it?

There will be.. I have to wait until judging for the contest is over. If I place in the top 3.. the map will be released with the next release of ZP. If not.. I'll continue to improve it and then upload it to several different HL2 File sites.
