Working on the interior of an imperial shuttle, used in a cutscene of TDT2, where stormtroopers sit in the shuttle and wait to be dropped.




The seats were a pain in the *** (no pun) to make and texture in ZED

Yup, there will be plenty of stuff inside. I will add some seats as well, since a vehicle the size of the imperial shuttle with only 6 seats would be such a waste of space.

Imperials are stealing chairs from the Chev. Corvette factory?

The textures don't look very metallic. The walls and ceiling that is. Other than that looks nice!

I don't like the chairs.

1) The color scheme clashes with the color scheme of the shuttle
2) Each chair has more polies than the entire shuttle.
3) I would expect a military transport to use benches instead.

I agree with MZZT, except the chairs should stay in the cockpit, they look good in there.

The texturing is still temporary. Going to change the archi as well. But the seats will stay

Well at least space them closer together so you can fit more than 6. A whole shuttle for 6 troops?

Haha in that case looks great! Maybe put more seats though. It looks like you could fit them and it's not like the Empire to waste space when they could be sending more Stormtroopers off to their deaths!

Yeah chairs are OK in the cockpit... use the RotJ scene in the shuttle cockpit as reference though... and texture with a white/black color scheme to match the shuttle (or use whatever the movie does).

Looking ok. Few things. The Lambda shuttle has a "neck" thats where the ramp lowers from. The cockpit had 4 seats if i remember correctly? (ROTJ reference check) And also it could indeed carry more then 6 stormies. Remember ROTJ the forest moon force had a dozen men atleast? Also accourding to the Essential Guide to Vehicle and Vessels, the LAMBDA ahd storage room for speeder bikes (2 if i remember correctly) and the Cockpit used a dark grey and black coloration. Or for more imperial style think of a grey/blue. Watch ROTJ especially during vaders decent for an OK shot of the interior. Just a little bit of advice lol.
