but I think I'm done with the exterior modeling part of my higher poly Z-95 (around 25k tris currently). Next up is the interior, and that is going to be oh so much fun. I might round out a few things but we'll see.

Two question:
Is the launcher tube actually big enough to fire a missile?
Is the landing gear really that low? I know the X-wing is higher, maybe I just never noticed that the Z-95 sat that low.

Looks great otherwise.

A very small missile :ninja: but as for the landing gear, I used my artistic license since it seemed more economical to make it lower (less materials, lower CoG => more stable, smaller ladder or smaller jump, etc.). However if you can find a reference, I will change it. :v:

Looks cool, as for the landing gear height, looks like it doesn't leave much margin for error in landing. Maybe a tiny bit more height would justify a slightly bumpy landing/uneven surface.

But very trivial, looks fine the way it is.

There have been textures......just never anything good enough to be worth remembering. :psyduck: Anyways, finally found the time and put the effort into the cockpit making it look spiffy. It prob took longer than it should because I'm the type of person who doesn't model something unless it has a purpose or function, therefore each and every thing in the cockpit has a function which I could label. Also I gave it abit more ground clearance (about 9" or so) and added a gas cap which I will show only by popular demand.

Cockpit's awesome. I support the notion of making the landing gear a bit longer, though.
