Interesting. How do you "carve" into the stuff so well?

My experience with the stuff, the exacto knife slides when cutting in.

styrene is great because you can score it with an Xacto and then snap it cleanly along the line.

What do you mean by carving? The majority of this was done with layering and/or sanding. The panel lines are done with one of these: http://www.amazon.com/Tamiya-74091-000-Plastic-Scriber-II/dp/B002KKBVTC
