I think Dosbox has a hd size limitation of 500mb or something. So that might be tricky. I just found out there is a 3dfx driver that 'might' work....

Or more accurately; Android > Dosbox Turbo > Win98se > Jedi Knight With the lowest resolution I managed 5-8 fps average on my Galaxy S3 (i9300)....
