I found Patch Commander but Patch Commander cannot recognize games I installed from GOG... Any ideas how to fix this ?

I see... I've noticed that some mods cannot be installed by putting them in Resource folder. How can I install them ? Do I need some patch...

Now I have little problem with often crashes on custom levels... Any ideas how to fix this ?
