Is there such a thing? I'm tired of professional evaluation crap that I'll never pay for or ever acutually use....

If you want a .tga viewer/editor to see your screenshots, just rebind your screenshot key to "screenshot" instead of "screenshot_tga" and it will save them as .jpg I believe.

As for the actual question, I don't know of any.

I use Microsoft PictureIt to convert them, because it came with my computer and isn't good for anything else. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/redface.gif]

I'm not sure, but try looking up the Gimp. a freeware graphics editing program.
If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.

Get THE image viewer. www.irfanview.com Free too. You won't want to use anything else.

Gimp has some problems with the saving tgas - it can't save to a format that Q3 can use, and it destroys the alpha layer.
