Changing SP kyle to another skin?

I want to know if tehre is a way to change the default kyle in SP to another skin like luke or a jedi.

Change Kyle's model name to luke's. You can look around for a "Fun With Model Names!" or something thread for more detail (believe me, it's really worth it, it's incredibly funny)
