Little pk3 problem

New to this editing thingy and i tried a couple of things but but i can't seem to make a pk3 work ...

I zip the things I want and I change it's extension to .pk3 but it doesn't work..

Am I doing anything wrong?

are you using the correct file structure, if you unzip a lucas arts PK3 all the files need to be in certain folders and paths, have you set them up for your PK3's

problem solved, i had to put them directly in c: or they take the full path
